1. Company identification

2. Scope

These terms govern contractual relationships between SCPPG Events and professional or private clients using its artist-booking, event-coordination and supplier-introduction services. A signed quotation and the stated deposit are required before any artist or date is confirmed.

3. Proposals and payment

Each service is covered by a tailored quotation, normally valid for 30 days. Unless a quotation states otherwise, a 50% deposit confirms the booking and the balance is due seven days before the event. Bookings made fewer than 20 days before an event may require full payment at signature.

4. Research and sourcing

The first conversation and indicative estimate are complimentary. In-depth sourcing is only started after the client explicitly approves the stated research package or hourly scope. When one of the proposed profiles is booked within 30 days, the eligible sourcing fee is deducted from the final booking as described in the proposal.

5. Cancellation

Cancellation must be notified in writing. Applicable charges depend on the time remaining before the event and any non-refundable costs already committed to artists, travel, equipment or suppliers. The signed quotation and French terms specify the detailed cancellation schedule.

6. Force majeure and artist unavailability

Where an event is prevented by qualifying force majeure, the parties will seek postponement, credit or reimbursement after irrecoverable costs. If an artist becomes unavailable, SCPPG Events will prioritise a comparable replacement. If no suitable replacement can be found, the affected service may be refunded.

7. Client obligations

The client must provide an accurate brief, safe access, appropriate power and performance space, venue permissions and all agreed logistics. Artists introduced by SCPPG Events may not be engaged directly outside the agency during the contractual protection period.

8. Data protection

Personal data is used for enquiries, booking administration, invoicing and event communication. Access, correction or deletion requests may be sent to privacy@scppg-events.com.
